Football Season Is Back, Does Your Team Play at SoFi This Year?

Does your team play at SoFi this year?

SoFi Stadium is home to both the Rams and Chargers, which means Southern California gets a long list of visiting NFL teams every season. If you follow a team outside Los Angeles, this is the part of the schedule worth checking.

Below are the remaining regular season games at SoFi as of October 5, 2026, with the quarterbacks, standout offensive and defensive names, and the reason each matchup is interesting.

Denver Broncos at Los Angeles Chargers, October 11

Denver is led by quarterback Bo Nix, with Courtland Sutton and Jaylen Waddle among the names to know on offense. Cornerback Pat Surtain II remains one of the biggest names on the Broncos defense. The Chargers counter with Justin Herbert, Ladd McConkey and Quentin Johnston on offense, with Derwin James Jr. leading the secondary.

This is an AFC West division game, so it carries extra weight before you even get to the individual matchups.

Buffalo Bills at Los Angeles Rams, October 12

Buffalo brings Josh Allen to SoFi for Monday Night Football. James Cook is a major part of the backfield, while DJ Moore, Khalil Shakir and Dalton Kincaid give Allen multiple targets. Greg Rousseau and Bradley Chubb are two of the defensive names to know.

The Rams are led by Matthew Stafford, with Puka Nacua and Kyren Williams among their offensive playmakers. This is one of the biggest star power games on the SoFi calendar, and the Monday night stage makes it even bigger.

Arizona Cardinals at Los Angeles Rams, October 18

Arizona has Jacoby Brissett at quarterback, with Trey McBride, Marvin Harrison Jr. and Michael Wilson among the passing game names to know. Budda Baker remains the centerpiece of the Cardinals secondary.

This is an NFC West division game. That makes it important beyond one Sunday because the result directly affects the division race.

Los Angeles Chargers at Los Angeles Rams, November 1

This is the unusual one. The Rams are the designated home team, but the Chargers are not really traveling. Both teams use SoFi Stadium as their home field.

Matthew Stafford and Justin Herbert give the game two established quarterbacks, while Puka Nacua, Kyren Williams, Ladd McConkey and Quentin Johnston give both offenses recognizable playmakers. It is only the second regular season meeting between the two teams at SoFi.

Houston Texans at Los Angeles Chargers, November 8

Houston is led by C.J. Stroud, who entered October with 1,141 passing yards, five touchdowns and no interceptions through four games. Will Anderson Jr. had four sacks through his first three games and remains one of the Texans biggest defensive threats.

For the Chargers, this creates a quarterback matchup between Stroud and Herbert, with two teams that have young, high profile talent on both sides of the ball.

New York Jets at Los Angeles Chargers, November 22

The Jets offense is led by Geno Smith, with Garrett Wilson, Breece Hall and rookie tight end Kenyon Sadiq among the names to know. On defense, Minkah Fitzpatrick gives New York an established playmaker in the secondary.

For Jets fans living in Southern California, this is the local chance to see New York without planning a cross country trip.

Green Bay Packers at Los Angeles Rams, November 25

Green Bay comes to SoFi on Thanksgiving Eve with Jordan Love at quarterback. The Packers are one of the NFL's most recognizable franchises and bring a national fan base wherever they play.

The Wednesday night date and holiday timing make this one of the most unusual games on the Rams schedule.

New England Patriots at Los Angeles Chargers, November 29

New England comes to SoFi for Sunday Night Football. Drake Maye leads the Patriots offense, with Hunter Henry among the veteran targets. Christian Barmore and Kevin Byard III are established names on the defensive side.

The primetime slot and New England's national following make this one of the Chargers more noticeable home dates.

Kansas City Chiefs at Los Angeles Rams, December 3

Patrick Mahomes comes to SoFi for Thursday Night Football. Travis Kelce, Rashee Rice and Xavier Worthy are among the offensive names to know, while Chris Jones and Nick Bolton remain major pieces of the Chiefs defense.

Mahomes in Los Angeles automatically makes this one of the marquee games on the Rams schedule.

San Francisco 49ers at Los Angeles Chargers, December 17

San Francisco brings Brock Purdy, Christian McCaffrey and George Kittle to SoFi. Nick Bosa and Fred Warner remain two of the biggest defensive names on the roster.

The 49ers have a huge California following, so this Thursday night game should bring plenty of red into the stadium.

Dallas Cowboys at Los Angeles Rams, December 20

Dallas is led by Dak Prescott, with CeeDee Lamb and George Pickens giving the Cowboys a high profile receiving group. On defense, Quinnen Williams and Rashan Gary are two of the major names in the front.

The Cowboys have one of the largest national fan bases in football, so a late December visit to SoFi should feel like a major event even before the playoff picture is considered.

Kansas City Chiefs at Los Angeles Chargers, Week 17

Kansas City returns to SoFi later in the season, this time to play the Chargers. The exact date and kickoff time are still to be announced.

This is an AFC West division game, and Mahomes versus Herbert gives it an obvious quarterback storyline. Depending on the standings by late December, it could also have major division or playoff implications.

Seattle Seahawks at Los Angeles Rams, Week 18

Seattle closes the Rams regular season home schedule at SoFi. Sam Darnold leads the Seahawks offense, while Jaxon Smith Njigba entered October with 405 receiving yards and six touchdowns through three games. Devon Witherspoon is one of Seattle's standout defensive backs.

Because this is an NFC West game in Week 18, it has the potential to matter a lot. The exact date and kickoff time are still to be announced.

Which game would you choose?

Bills fans get Josh Allen on Monday night. Packers fans get Thanksgiving Eve. Chiefs fans have two different chances to see Kansas City in Los Angeles. Cowboys and 49ers fans get late season trips to SoFi.

If your team is on the schedule, you do not have to plan a flight across the country to see them. They are coming to Los Angeles.
